Customer Reviews
Always great products
This is my third time ordering from Hooties Candles, and they've been consistently good. This time I picked up a few more Wood Wick Candles and an Electric Wax Warmer. The packaging was just as secure as my previous orders, and everything arrived in perfect condition, though the warmer box had a small dent. It's why I keep coming back, the quality and reliability are there every time.
Mostly happy with my order
I ordered a Spa Gift Basket and some Body Butters. The gift basket itself was put together nicely, and the scents are lovely. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in Nevada, which was a little longer than I hoped, but still acceptable. My only minor complaint is that the lid on one of the body butter jars was a bit crooked, but it sealed fine. Overall, a good experience and the value for the money was fair.
Consistently good quality
I've bought from Hooties Candles a few times now, and they're pretty consistent. This time, I got a couple of their Glass Jar Candles in Vanilla Bean and a small set of Wax Melts. Like my previous orders, everything arrived well-packaged and in good condition. The scents are always true to description and last a while. Their shipping speed is usually about the same, around 5-7 days for me, which is fine. I keep coming back because their products are reliable, and I like supporting a smaller business. Just wish they'd offer more variety in travel tin scents; I usually have to stick to the same few.
Nice products, slow shipping
I purchased a Spa Gift Basket for my sister's birthday last month. The selection in the basket was really nice – it had a body butter, a bath bomb, and a small Scented Soy Candle. My sister loved it. The product quality was definitely there, everything felt premium. The packaging for the gift basket itself was also very attractive. My main issue was the shipping. It took nearly 8 days to arrive, which cut it a bit close for the birthday. I paid for standard shipping, so maybe I should have upgraded. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, but the speed could use some improvement. Good value for what you get though.
Love my new candles!
I just got the Lavender Scented Candles and a couple of the Travel Tin Candles, and oh my goodness, they smell divine! The shipping was super quick, only took 3 days to get to me. I'm already planning my next order for some gift baskets. Definitely recommending Hooties Candles to everyone!
Good order, fast shipping
Ordered a Eucalyptus Diffuser Oil and a Room Spray. Arrived quickly. Products are good. One bottle had a slightly loose cap, but no leaks. Happy with purchase.
Good candles, decent delivery
I ordered the Lavender Scented Candle and a Eucalyptus Diffuser Oil from Hooties Candles a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed easily enough. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Ohio, which felt a little slow compared to some other online stores, but it wasn't terrible. Everything was packed well, no damage to the items. The candle smells really nice, not too strong, and burns evenly. The diffuser oil also has a pleasant, subtle scent. I did have a question about wick trimming, so I used their online chat support, and the person was helpful and quick to respond. My only minor gripe was the tracking updates weren't super frequent, but overall, a solid experience for home fragrance.
Nice stuff, smells good
So I grabbed some Wax Melts and a Decorative Candle Holder from Hooties Candles. Everything came pretty fast, like four days to my place. The wax melts smell really nice, not too strong. The candle holder is cute, but it had a tiny little scratch on the bottom. Nothing major, just noticed it. Overall, I'm happy with what I got. Good stuff.
